In The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. Elmo's troubles begin when he grumpily refuses to share his blanket with his best friend Zoe. As a result, circumstances conspier to see him lost it in Oscar's can, where it travels to Grouchland. There, Elmo'se beloved blanket winds up in the clutches of the greediest man alive, Huxley (played by Mandy Patinkin), and Elmo has to venture all on his own to Huxley's lair to find it.
In Adventures Of Elmo In Grouchland the whole gang from Sesame Street follow Elmo but end up being thrown in jail. Fortunately, whenever things start looking too bleak, our hosts Ernie and Bert stop the movie and offer reassurance.
